Airline Forgot to Take I 94
Hi! All
My wife left for india some days days and she was flying for the first
time from US and airline forgot to take the I 94, will that be a
problem when she will re enter US.
Please help me.

This happens from time to time.
She can just go to a US consulate and hand it in there. Her boarding
pass can show that she did not overstay.

No, the US consulate doesn't have access to BCIS network, she should give it
at BCIS office in New Dehli (
http://www.bcis.gov/graphics/shared/...hi/aboutus.htm )
or send it with some proof that she went back to India ( a phone or
electricity bill ... ).
Next time she'll come back to the US, it would be advisable that she keep
her boarding pass to prove that she left on time.

What if she comes back here to US and hands it over to the INS officer at POE.
