Afidavit of Support - USC getting medicaid eligibility
My fiance is a US citizen. She is having medicaid eligibility. And sure she doesn't
make enought money to show/file the I-864.
Well we're worry about will we have problem in this case please ?
And if we can find a co-sponsor. Will you lose her medicaid eligibility?
Thank all of help

It's *you* who can't receive certain federal benefits not the US citizen sponsor. You
will need to get a co-sponsor, at least for the initial filing. By the time you have
the adjustment of status interview, if you have been living together for six months
your income can count. Many people have then dropped the co-sponsor.
