I am a foreign student in France and want to visit my USC wife in USA.
I have got a tourist visa before the marriage and have been to USA
several times. My tourist visa is still valid.

Our marriage took place outside the USA and after the marriage I have
visited her once and was unable to describe about my USC wife at the
POE, because at that time our marriage was not registered in the USA
and we didn't have got any kind of authentic marriage certificate.

Now she has submited the english translation of the marriage
certificate by the INS but doesn't file the I -130, because I want to
remain in France for about 3 more years.

Now I want to visit her again for a couple of weeks and also want to
tell about her at the POE. Will they allow me to enter again or send
me back?. Please tell me about the consequences.
