Advice Needed seriously
Soem of yuo knew that mu green card arrived witrh the worng month of my
birth date - because the para legal filled incorrectly on I-485 - and I
attempted to correct it through the Senator's office to no avail. It
has been more tha 6 months since the Senator's Office told me that the
immigration people would have to correct it in their database and that
there is no telling how long it would take. I contacted their office a
couple of months ago but missed the call when thye called me. Today, I
left a message in the voice mail of the same person that handles the
case and frabkly asked her whether their officew would be ab;e to
resolve this issue or should I find soem other help.
No answer yet. Obviosuly, they can't resolve it.
Should I just forget about Senator's Office and get a lawyer? (I won't
go back tot he same lawyer; She would ask me more money I am sure; I
don't want to fight and insist on the refubnd of the previosu fee they
got undeservingly.)
Or, should I wait till Citizenship application to do this correction?
Woul my travelling abraod be a problem if that country needs to see my
GC before issuing a visa?

GC before issuing a visa?
If you have turned in the incorrect card, I think that would be a problem, unless you kept a photocopy of the card. Because when you apply for a visa, they do ask for a copy of your GC.
Best Wishes,

Yes. They sent it back.

I guess I should scan it and save a sift copy as an email attachment in
case of major unexpected disaster.

Re: Advice Needed seriously
The only sensible advice I can give you is spell check your rantings before posting. I really don't understand what you are trying to say, as it is so riddled with poor grammar and spelling.
Regarding your question - if there is something factually incorrect with your GC, make an Infopass appointment and get it fixed, I don't know why a senator would give a rip about an incorrect birth date, he has more important things to worry about, like getting re-elected.
