Advice me Friends
Hi there!
I'm in Canada on Student Visa from India.I came here on 4th Sep
and after completing one Semester of my course (which is 8 months) I
want to Visit my Cousin in USA .And in this regard I asked my college
Counselor and she said that the chances are less as YOu should be on
legal status for atleast Six months in Canada .So i'm afraid of
Interview now .so My question is that what are my chances?
and what documents I need to take when I go to US embassy in TORONTO?
any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

No reason to be afraid because you have nothing to lose. Worst case, the
visa will be denied and you can't visit your cousin now - which is the
same situation in you are in right now.
Do take as much information as you can that you plan to return to Canada,
transcripts or the like. Given the short time, a statement from your
counselor or from professors might help, too.
