Default Advice for friend needed: Police Caution

I have a friend who received a police caution a few years ago. Will this affect his ability to enter the US on a holiday or is it only convictions that cause problems? As he would love to travel with me.

There has been lots of discussion, did you use the search function?

You really need to give more information. What was the caution for ?

Was he arrested or in jail ?

Kind Regards

You need to identify if "he" was arrested and if it is a CIMT [hint: search]
