Default additional question on AOS

Thanks for answering my previous list of questions.
So history of previous employer sponsoring job-based AOS shouldn't
become an issue for my marriage AOS interview, right? and I don't need
to bring any related documents on that ( PERM, I-131...)

Also checking USCIS website shown that the name-check for my case is
not finished yet, does that mean I won't get passport stamped even the
interview is fine?

Lastly a frequent yet confusing question: if in the 3 years after
getting greencard, I stay outside US for 3 months, then come back for
3 months, then keep doing that for 3 years, at the end of the 3 years
can I apply for citizenship or it only count 1.5 years toward
citizenship?

Thanks and good night.

Bring all your employment-based documents to the AOS interview anyway. You never know what the officer will ask for, better to have it handy than not.

Even if your interview is fine, and your paperwork is all good, but your security check (name check) is not finished, you will not get approved nor will you get a stamp in your passport. You will continue being "pending AOS" until your security check is finished.

Have a look at the Guide to Naturalization (available at www.uscis.gov somewhere). That has all the information you need to figure out when you can apply for citizenship based on the scenario you presented.

Best Wishes,
Rene

This could be problematic. While the 3 months out/3 months in the US probably doesn't break the "continuous residency" requirement", it probably does break the "physical presence" requirement. In order to become a US citizen, you actually need to *live* in the US... and that means spending substantially more time in the US than outside. In the scenario you describe, you're nothing more than a visitor to the US despite your GC.
