AC-21 invocation

With my I-485 pending for 1 year and being on AP; I need to change
job.

Do I need to find the job in same state in order to keep my service
center same-- ie VSC?

Also-what is the requiementes per AC-21 for new job? Do I need lawyer
to help me?

Any help will be really apprciated;
