Hi

I have 2 questions. the first is how long can someone stay in the US
without a visa? and the second is where would i find how an employer
can sponsor a work visa for someone. I have found the different types
of visas but not what an employer must be (age of business, type etc)
to sponsor someone.

If you are a Canadian citizen, you can enter the US without a visa and stay up to 6 months. If you are Mexican, you can apparently stay in the US for many years without a visa... as long as you can actually get into the US in the first place. Where are you from?

It's the citizenship of the "someone" who's wanting to enter the USA
without a visa that matters for your question ...
