212(d)(3) help please
Hi,
Has anyone applied for a visa and waiver 212(d)(3) before? I am going to be doing this on 19th April for an F-1 visa and I was wondering if anybody had any advice and also if anyone had applied for this waiver before themselves. I need to apply for it as I had previously overstayed and I have a 3-year ban.
