21 is pretty much reversed. It's not that I care about bothering the doctor... it's that I cant face the bother of trying.

The more I think about it, number 16 is the one that affects me the most. I hate that, usually I'm only in for one thing but it's a sandwich and I want to make sure I get a good one (for example) but I can't be doing with someone else within ten feet of me anyway.
Same in checkout queues - I keep inching away but they (no matter how obvious I make the fact that I'm disgusted by their presence) keep following me
