10yr GC instand of 2yr Conditional GC
Does anyone experience this situation?
My wife and I got married out state, and I filed I-130 few weeks after
the married date. 4 months after our wedding, she got all the paper
work and entered to US with her GC# issued. One month after she is
here, she recived the GC and the card has 10 yr on it - NOT 2 yr
conditional!!! Does that mean we don't need to apply for I-751 to
chage the GC status???
Any experts' advise?
Thanks

Will they mail out any notice on or about the time when I need to file
I-751 from USCIS?
Thanks
