A few people asked about timelines.

- We made an Infopass appointment for 5/24/06 at Los Angeles Office
(submitted photos, turned in old card, got stamp in passport)
- Received 10-year card in mail 7/14/06

Still waiting for the 10 yr card arrive from CSC after I-751 was approved InfoP app.
In case if I will not receive the card after 6 months after my I-751 was approved and had the Infopass app and completed the ADIT application - I89 (when i gave to the officer 2 photos and my old 2 yr cond card),
Does anybody know what is the procedure to report this to USCIS? Can I escalate this issue to a specific USCIS departament that handles this kind of problems with the cards?..
So far, I can tell that I tried the 800 number and CSC email address but still cannot trace my application and find it to see whats going on....
Thanks!
