Great update PP
I know exactly where you are coming from regarding the emotions. Its probably effected me more that the o/h
Prior to moving out my major worry was financial but that hasnt really been the problem...its the feeling of not being at 'home' that has really effected me,and the guilt about taking the kids away from the grandparents...thats a real killer
Anyway all the best for the future

I do feel totally at home, especially in Freo - I love it here.
But I underestimated the pain of missing people and I underestimated how much at home I would feel here and how quickly.

I was like a round peg in a square hole trying to fit in with the numerous places that I have lived.
Am I 100 percent 'fitting' in with Australia? no, not at all because for as long as I can remember I have wanted to live in Africa - Namibia if truth be known and after managing to get there last year (a year ago today to be exact
), I long to be there now more than ever - Africa gets into your blood.Namibia wouldnt be forever though, it would be until I felt enough was enough and then I would go back to Australia - oh to have the finances for that to be a choice
.But for now, Australia is as close as I can get to home, with Africa - Namibia being the closest to my dreams.
(confusing it sounds but I know what I mean)
