Where are you at any given time?
A bit of a long shot but i thought it might be a good idea if active drivers posted where they were and where they were going to be at any given point in time. You could post before you go out on each trip.
An example:
Sat 17th, leaving home, going to Toronto.
Sat night, hope to get as far as Murrays Esso in NB
Sun, driving down throuh PQ and ON as far as Napanee (flying j)
Mon, leave Napanee app 10am to be in Elmira for 1pm apt
Tues/Weds, return home via similar route.
The purpose of this? so drivers who pass by each other can hook up for a coffee and as they say here "shoot the shit" (to all those with your minds in the gutter, it just means have a chinwag)
Just a thought.............

6:30am..... kicking wife out of bed after alarm went off for 5th time.
7:15am..... Shouting at step-son for not getting up
7:30am..... in kitchen making step-sons breakfast
8:00am..... taking step-son to school bus
8:30am..... on couch looking for jobs in newspaper
9:00am..... in shower
9:30am..... putting in laundry
9:40am-3:00pm... driving round Cheyenne looking for work
3:15pm..... picking step-son up from school
3:25pm..... kicking cat because I didn't find a job.. again
3:30pm..... putting laundry in dryer
5:30pm..... folding laundry
6:00pm..... eating me dinner/tea
6:30pm-11pm... watching TV with wifey
11:01pm..... bed

I was talking to a driver from western transfer out of denver i think,,he spoke highly of the company,home every weekend

8:15am..... Stuck in Traffic in Scotland
9:30am..... Arrive, told no loading for 5 hours
11:30am... Some idiot parked up next to me with loud music whilst trying to sleep
1:00pm... Got told that my load is further delayed
2:45pm.....Office calls and said - Leave it head for Newcastle to load
6:30pm..... Loaded in Newcastle next back to Boro - (Well thats the plan)
7:30pm..... Pulled into yard jumped into own car - headding home
7:45pm..... Phone goes, agency asked if I can do urgent run to York
9:00pm..... Loaded up 22-ton of returned goods took to york down A19
10:15pm... Arrive York, unloaded - turnaround load back to Stockton
11:40pm.....Drop load in Stockton - Back in own car off to home (2nd time)
12:15am.....Arrived home and watched TV in chair
1:30am.......Wife wakes me up from chair saying (Shut the F..... up your snoring is bad)

Later tonight or more likely, early tomorrow (Monday 19th) i will be leaving home for a 7pm appointment on Tuesday in Elmira which is in Ontario, just south of Toronto. I will be going up through NB and PQ on the 19th and down through ON the following day. Back to home will be the reverse of this hopefully (depends on the reload) getting back home on Thursday evening.
