Busboy.
Some information about yourself might be a good start. then people might be able to help you & it might be a good idea to decide which country you want to move to first, don't know how good your geography is but Canada is not very close to New Zealand, all sounds like you're wanting to move on a whim.
Whereabout's are you now ?
Are you a Canadian citizen ?
Have you got PR in Canada ?
Have you got a TWP ?
Have you got a Canadian auto bus licence ?
Where do you want to live in Canada ?
Do you want to drive city buses or coaches ?
Do you have family that will come here with you (if you're not here already) ?
Do you have enough funds to tide yourself over for a month while you are training (if this applies to you) ?

Calgary transit was recently recruiting Foreign Bus Drivers;

You licence means nothing, though, You would have to take all necessary courses to qualify for Canada's CDL (Commercial Driver's Licence).
Good Luck.

I remember 4 or 5 years ago there was a problem with Calgary Transit.
AFAIK they recruited from the UK bringing people here on TWP's with the promise of PR & WP's being renewed after 12 mth's.
Many people took them at their word, upped sticks and moved here, some with families only to find out after 12 months their WP's were not going to be renewed and they'd have to leave again.
there was a big hoohah about it on one of the expat websites at the time.
