My work number is the same as Walgreens but with two digits flipped. I can tell when it is flu season. It's been remarkably quiet lately. One time, someone left a voice mail about their prescription being wrong, nothing I could do about it.

Area Code splits can cause problems like this also. When we first moved to this area, our area code was 510 but it changed to 925 soon after. For about 10 years after that, we got calls from people who were doing '7-digit dialing' to our number expecting to reach a business in another area code.
I use 10 digit dialing exclusively these days regardless of the target number.
