that's warmer than us, 52F and raining and a couple of weeks ago it was 90F. Heating on. Which is why Seattle reminds me a lot of the UK - huge swings in the weather.

I take it with the thumbsup you like the humidity or is it 90 you like? I thought with dogs it would be hard in this heat walking them etc?

Everyone outside of Northern california has my sincere sympathy and admiration for dealing with tornados, humidity, hurricanes, flooding, brown recluses, cockroaches, alligators, line dancing, country music, baptist ministers, racists, duck hunters and grits.

My hat is off to all of you.

And you have my sympathy for Santa Ana winds, earthquakes, mudslides, fires, Posh and Beck's, scorpions, snakes, LA, PG&E, plastic surgery, and the writers strike.

After the UK climate...I love it...just don't like the bugs that come with it. My dogs are small so they don't require walks...in any case they prefer to be indoors.

Going to be 97 here tomorrow. Not looking forward to the summer, but at least I'm not in Mississippi, one summer there almost killed me.

Bev, I'm gonna be in your neck of the woods in a fortnight. Hopefully you'll be able to cool it down a bit before I come out there. Just don't let it rain.
