I have been to loads of Yankees & Mets Baseball games dragged there by my son & wife, the game is BORING, boring & more boring. Cricket, now thats a great game, at least they score a couple of hundred runs.

Have not been to a Pro game for 2 years. The game is still boring, pathetic cr--p. Played by, mostly over weight people. "Babe Ruth".

Wow, you saw Babe Ruth play? You must have lived here a loooooooooong time then

I love going to a ball game. I think the atmosphere is great and the game can get very exciting. I've been an Astros fan for the last 20 years. A home game in the Astrodome used to be a cheap afternoons entertainment when our kids were young and we were broke. We could park the car and buy four tickets for the "nosebleed" section, have a hotdog and a beer and still spend less than going to a movie. It got more expensive when the Astros moved to Minute Maid Park but it is still a good and safe evenings entertainment.

Go 'stros!!!!!!!!!

Jeez, you don't go to a cricket match to watch it, you go for the booze (or am I missing the point ). Isn't that the case too with baseball

GO METssssssssssssssssssssss, in this house.
My now @ Uni son, use to go to the Shea stadium at 6.0am and hang around all day for signatures, practice & then the game. He big time fan. We have special wood (Non reflective) cases for signed balls, we have signed bats, $350 (Mitchell Ness) shirts.
On the way to a Friday night game, game got rained out. Went on Saturday to the "Double Header", Almost 6 hours of boring nothing, the 2 games produced about 5 or 6 runs, whoopeeeeee.
Designated runner:
Odd sport, they know they have fat unfit players, Joe hits the ball & Harry runs for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't tell anyone, they would fink U made that up.

We have signed balls from Nolan Ryan as he used to own our local bank

It was our daughter that was the biggest fan and she still is, now her team is the Cardinals

I can be totally unbiased here and say I hate baseball just as much as I hate cricket.
