i was born in east london and have lived mostly in north london, wood green southgate/oakwood and before i came to the usa - harrow in west london.
when i came over i spent 4 years in california now i am in tulsa ok and i have working on getting back to california as i dislike oklahoma it is too religious and has racist and sexist tendencies. I have just returned from harrow london after a months holiday. london is changing and felt like a police state - cameras cameras everywhere on the buses. rubbish/trash is only collected fortnightly so some places stink but interestingly there is a weekly collection of garden waste.
anyway i enjoyed myself and loved the embankment and the theatre. london can be a joy when you are not living there and putting up with the stress of everyday life. It feels like it is so difficult to move for change once it has been decided ie the rubbish situation. i had to beg for them to take away a bin because it apparently it wasn't the right day or time for the green bin and then when it was the right day and time the rubbish remained for another fortnight!!!!

I was born in Kingsbury London, which was part of Wembley, about a mile from Wembley Stadium. Went to live in Willesden and then Hayes.

Worked in Wembley, Willesden, Kilburn, Victoria Street Central London and lastly at Heathrow Airport.
