The water probabbly won't be at the boiling point needed for a hurricane that early in the "hunker down" season

I live near the border to TJ Tijuana and DO NOT GO THERE !!

Tourists are being warned to stay away. Gun battles have been occuring on the streets there and it is dangerous at the moment.

Drug cartels fighting and what not.

Hi:

In reading the articles about the recent shoot-outs, I noted that there was no discussion of who were the Shi'ites and who were the Sunnis.

Actually, there have been warnings for years that it is not safe to drive the coast in Sonora and Sinaloa States for years.
