I don't do the lottery, but wife does.
Based on the fact that we have a Mazda 5 and an F150 in the drive, and there isn't a Lamborghini or Corvette in sight, I'm assuming her wins haven't amounted to much....

I don't think I've won anything ever (that I didn't feed straight back into the machine).

Our biggest win was $200 in the Florida lottery back in the 90's.
I worked with a girl in the UK who won 64.000GBP in the lottery and her parents used it to pay off their mortgage...

Currently on a 10 scratch card run of $1.00 wins which I just use to buy another card with.
Won $100 once, the same day my wife won $500 on a radio contest. That was a good day.

I think that you violated their 'security protocol':
"we ask that you keep your winning information confidential until your claim has been processed."
I'm guessing that we can all claim now.

Re: What is your largest lottery etc payoff?
Looks like I am the biggest BE winner so far. When I was at high school I was a collector for a monthly charity football pool, knocking of the door of members (no cold calling) once a month. An acquaintance up the street wanted to get rid of it because he had taken a job at a local restaurant washing dishes. I got paid 8p for every 80p entry-magazine I sold, which worked out at about £10-£11/ mth.
If someone on my "round" won more than £100 I collected a commission of 5%. The third month I had the round someone on my round won the jackpot out-right, for almost £14,000, and I got a cheque for £680.
I never had the heart to tell the guy up the road about what had happened shortly after he gave up the round.

Re: What is your largest lottery etc payoff?
Forgot about a couple, not sure if they count.
Years ago, work had a sweep going where you were in for a pound and had to guess the scores of upcoming football matches; the closest won the pot. I won it on my first time, then won the midweek fixtures and the following weekend's before they told me I wasn't allowed to play anymore . Won about £48.00 on that if I remember.
Work here had a retreat thingy the other year, part of which was a raffle. I won $500.00 cash in that, too .
