Which was suspended because she was cited for DUI. If she hadn't been drinking and driving to begin with, none of this would have happened.

The one good thing that will come out of all this is the fact that it's getting people focused again on the dangers and consequences of drunk driving and the devastation it causes millions of people in this country. Paris can cry for her mommy all she wants -- but she should be damn relieved that her stupidity didn't injure or kill someone, herself included.

BTW, I saw some of the sheriff's press conference last night, and I laughed when he said that Paris "shouldn't be made into a criminal justice football" -- that is, moving her into jail, moving her out, moving her back in, etc. Doesn't he realize that HE'S the one who started it by letting her out in the first place!?! And as for not knowing that she was supposed to be taking medication for some "mental condition" -- who's fault was that? Why didn't her attorneys bring that up before she even got to jail? Why didn't she tell the jail personnel that when she was being booked??
