What Happened
It seemed LESLIE66 aka MOPHEAD told us all twice over the last few days that her hubby finally got his visa and should be here in just a few weeks yet I failed to see one CONGRATULATION from her friends... So I, as her mortal enemy say come on people get you act together and lets have plenty of CONGRAT and I promise I will not even moan about multi GIFS for at least a week...Ray6..

I sent personal congrats to the poster formerly known as Leslie66 hetherto forever known as Mophead. I also sent her a case of Magnum champagne, an all expenses paid trip to Koh Samui and lifetime subscription to the Readers Digest and Knitting Monthly.

Thanks Ray!! I got many congratulations, really. I think you must have been killing baby seals and missed the post. 
There are a lot of good things happening all at once in the NG, mine is just one of them.
After many references to and aspersion being cast about my hair. I feel it is necessary to come to my hair's own defense. My hair is not that BIG. Most of the time it is flat as a pancake, or in a ponytail. The photo on my avatar was in the back of a limousine after my sisters wedding. I did have poofy hair that day, but it was a special occasion. Ray really, your hair envy is so evident, get a transplant already.

P.S. I am humbled the level of caring and compassion I find on this NG every single time I log in.

The champagne is already gone. The other items were re-wrapped and will be re-gifted to SecretGarden and Mr Pink when they are finally able to get married.

I haven't looked in here for a while until Cindy was browsing round here last night, as I have been so busy in my new job in Philadelphia doing software support --- software isn't ladies clothing
but it involves an early start and a late finish and a lot of dodging of cars on the freeway to and from work so when I get home my eyes are like two p*ss holes in the snow (as someone once descriptively told me)I am glad to see that Miss Mophead is still here but making rapid progress towards being reunited with her loved one. She wasn't a mophead when I was in here last, she was just a friendly face in the wilderness of US Immigration and Trolls, along with many others here. Actually we had a few laughs together and I am glad to see that the sense of humo(u)r prevails in this happy forum.
I hope all my old friends in here who kept me company are all settled or nearly at the end of their respective journeys and I wish you all the best for the future.
Cindy and I will still look in here occasionally and try and keep in touch with developments.
So to all frizzy haired contibutors here and to those with no hair at all, and all in between.... have a great one and if you can't have a great one, keep taking the tablets
