What do you drive?
Being a bit of a car and motorcycle nut, I wondered what everyone drove over here. Did you go for something not found in the UK or did you look everywhere for that British fav the useful hatchback? My sister bought a Subaru Legacy estate (wagon) which was made for the US Mail. It was right hand drive for mail delivery and when she went back to England she shipped it over. I've owned a bunch of different cars here but have been tempted back to the Mazda 3 5dr. I expect we all had fun passing our car tests again. Took all of 25mins.

I bought the Dodge Nitro purely for business purposes and size, I did not want a big SUV but wanted something a bit sporty looking and my car is my office so I need the space, a 2door car was not an option, I did look at a 2nd car as a corvette or a porsche but decided it was a waste of money. |
Re: What do you drive?
Hyundai Santa Fe (need the 4 wheel drive for the winter)
Hyundai Elantra. Hubby has a Chev truck but that is a company vehicle. |
Re: What do you drive?
Currently we have two tiny cars - Toyota Yaris & 2002 Toyota Echo. We are thinking of buying a Honda Element, so we can carry our canoe again. However, I hear they don't make it in standard anymore which seems like a weird move. From what I hear, more and more people want standards.
We also keep looking at Toyota Spyder and similar... not the best for carrying a canoe though.. |
