She also said that if I contact the head guy over there then he would be more than willing to try and rectify the problem as they are very good to their customers and want to keep them coming back.

It gets better and better, for those of you in NE USA, Stop and Shop are now doing British products in their International aisle. Nice range of Chocolate including Mars Bars

I'm sure someone mentioned Shop and Stop before, the dementia is worse than I thought.
My nearest Stop and Shop has an International Isle...the British goods were in the Irish section for some reason. Last time I was in there guess what...no freakin' Irish section anymore.

We still don't have a Wegmans.

Why yes it is, and I'm guessing you're somehow linked to Compassionate Consumers?

nope nothing to do with them at all.. just found it the other day by chance on google video. I am no vegetarian but I wish people would at least think twice before buying battery farmed animals. Organic is one thing but there is no excuse for most people not to buy free range. Of course getting free range here in the US isnt super easy and usually comes hand in hand with organic and the associated price tag. I think its still regarded as one of those thigs that those liberal environmentalist freaks buy...

I agree in principal about free range. When I was younger I used to erect Chicken houses (Bring on the erection jokes) Their living conditions were slightly better than Battery farmed, but not miles ahead....no Cable TV, no volleyball and no Penne Pasta. Also they really are nasty little carniverous bastards when they want to be.

We used to have a poultry farm across from our house. I'd go and help get the eggs in. A long time ago
