Not to me. It's been in the 60's here today and I hate it. Bring back the 90's.

It's hitting the high 90's every day here right now.....some days have been over 100. Thankfully, the humidity has kept relatively low (relative to what it should be here), but that is bound to change pretty soon.

I can think of barely a week's worth of sunny days this year in Seattle. It's all my fault, I bought a gazebo to give my back garden some shade. Took two months before the lawn had dried for long enough to put it up (did it on Sunday). Been raining again ever since.

It's 96 degrees right now (26% humidity) in Walnut Creek, CA ... lovin' it (well, it's just a tad hot, but I know that by 7 or 8pm it will be way down and by tonight I can open all the windows and cool down). I just took a peek at Scottsdale - 106 degrees - but only 8% humidity ! This is my first time in CA for 7 weeks and the first time all year when I haven't been cold and miserable here.

84 at 9 am, and it's not supposed to be as hot today as yesterday.
Roses are crisping so will be going out to water shortly.

We've had perfect weather this week, mid 70s low humidity, but today it's a bit grey and forecast says thunderstorms. 10am currently 66f

lol, so very true..... However, we bought one of those metal, cloth covered gazebo thingys at Fred's last year (got a pretty good deal) and put it on our deck. We did get summer through a bit of August last year, very nice to have because we get the full afternoon sun on the back of our house and it really makes the house hot in the afternoon, early evenings....

We did the opposite. We have a covered patio at the back of the house and extended it so we can expose our sun-starved bodies to the elements! Our neighbour has one of those canvas gazebo thingys. She has her garden swing under it. I did ask her if it was to keep the rain off Can't really remember the sun last August but I am hopeful we shall have at least 7 days over 80F this year, which is uncharacteristically optimistic of me. Actually nice today. Walked the dogs in the park at 9am and didn't need my anorak

I wish it would warm up a little here... we have a solar heater for our pool and it don't work so well without sunshine!

It's the season that lasts 3 weeks (summer) that does it. I seem to be in an area that heats up like crazy when it is sunny, need somewhere for the kids to play during that time or it gets even more heated.
