Default Virginia Beach Animal Control

They are going to be my new heros today!!! We have had a nutria living under our shed and haven't worried about it. Now it looks like it has killed a cat, and we now have a rotting pussy under there. We all know how bad they can smell! My oldst son was gagging, my daughter was willing to pull it out, she must have her father's strong stomach. Anyway, animal control are coming and they will reomove it and leave a trap for the nutria which I'm no longer willing to let live there. Somehow the "Trailer Park" seems the perfect place to talk about this.

Edible or not, it could be useful if you need a winter hat or ever decide to go to a fancy dress party as Grizzly Adams.

I had to go and look up what a nutria was. Thanks for introducing me to a new species of rodent.

I've never heard of a nutria either, at least it's not just me

Have you seen my OH's pic in the gallery!

Animal control have taken the cat. It was about a 15lb cat, I was worried it belonged to the smelly cat woman next door but another neighbour said it was a stray and she last saw it a over a week ago not looking well in the 100 degree heat. I don't think the nutria did kill it so I'm leaving it alone for now. It usually just runs in the water when we go back there. If animal control leave a trap they will catch it and put it to sleep. I had never heard of them until this one arrived either.

Ha! I have now.

Yeah - you better get that thing moved before it gets horny. Your husband will wake up to find the pest making sweet rodent love to his face...
