Any cost information?
Some would probably be interested.
It's good that they have Enrolled Agents...I wonder if they're on staff or contracted as needed. If anyone gets any serious IRS issues they're good to have. Direct pipeline to the IRS.

I wonder if they advise clients on what to send, other than 'complete'...

I spoke to them for about 5 minutes for free, like any business they will answer a few questions for free sometimes with the ultimate aim of selling their business. I have a feeling it was around £1000 about 10 years ago for both US and UK tax, but I may be wrong.

'£1000 about 10 years ago'

£1000 ! Pheww..body swerve...

However if you have many significant assets and an aversion to paperwork I suppose it could be worth it.

In comparison US CPA was charging between $650 and $800 just for my US tax returns. For people with simple taxes, these are probably not the people to use.
