Hello,
I was wandering if anyone had had transcripts for US colleges calculated from their UK qualifications?
I have the following:
GCSE's
AS - Levels
A-Levels
HND
Does anyone know if they will transfer over to count as credits and if so how much are they worth?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Not sure if it's of any help, but I had my GCSE's and AS/A levels transcribed (?) just over a year ago through J.Silny in Miami.
GCSE's didn't count for any extra credit, they just seem to be the equivalent of a High School diploma, although only grades of C and above will be accepted for university admission.
Each A level counts for 6 credits, and AS count for 4. In terms of grades, they will be transferred to 'quality points' on a 4.0 scale (I think)
It is up to the individual institution as to what they decide to accept and for which course.
Hope this is of some help...

I'm going to call the University and see what they know on the matter.
