I've only just read this sad news. Unfortunately the link to the news article no longer works, but it sounded like a traffic accident. How very tragic. He had given me some very worthy advice last time I bought a car, back in 2004. RIP Terry

It seems so hard to believe that someone could be gone so suddenly.

It'll be two weeks tomorrow.

I wonder how the passenger is? She had serious injuries.

I'd be interested to know how they are going to fulfill the "Contact Terrence Pardoe directly" option.

That's so sad. I never knew him, but I've been thinking about this today.

Just an update. Back in October on behalf of everyone at BritishExpats we had sent flowers to Terrence's wife and made a small donation to the designated charity. We received a lovely thank you note from Mrs Pardoe yesterday and I wanted to share it with you all.

To All at BritishExpats,

Thank you for the beautiful flowers and the donation made in Terry's name. It was a lovely tribute to a man who was obviously a true friend of you.

With Regards

I'm sure she was also comforted by the kind words that you all shared on the Obituary guest book. You are truly a wonderful bunch of people.

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Sue
