Terrence Richard Pardoe

I'm sad to report that our long standing member Terry was killed in a road traffic accident on saturday... Terry gave many member the benefit of his
knowledge over the years... He will be missed ...

What a shame; he was always willing to give helpful car advice to strangers.

Had a few rows with Terry over the motor trade and he never took anything personally. I wish I could have the opportunity to have another row with him...I liked the man. I will miss the dry wit and the wisdom.

R.I.P Terry

Oh dear ..... very sad.
Worried about his mum who just moved into the nursing home in England. The obit didn't mention any other brothers or sisters.

Re: Terrence Richard Pardoe

Where the accident happened is less than a mile from where we live. Ever since the road was extended we've campaigned at local council, neighbourhood watch meetings etc for a traffic signal there. Then the "Sandoval" development mentioned in the Breeze article came along and it got worse. I have never, ever seen an intersection like it - you have to go over the westbound lanes, where traffic is approaching at 60mph and merge with traffic in the the left hand (passing) lane going eastbound at 60mph.

It's an absolute nightmare - it will only get worse still due to some new shops that have opened up. Mrs Titchski went to the opening of the flagship store and said she wouldn't shop there due to the set up of the intersection.

It was terrible to read the news when the accident happened, even more so when the names of those involved were released :(

Is it possible for one person to contact the family and ask where we might make charitable contributions? Titschki?
