Default starting a business in the U.S.

Could someone please clarify this for me? I read that you can become a
citizen if you invest a significant amount in a business, but you have
to have a partner in the business who is FROM THE COUNTRY OF YOUR
ORIGIN.

This seems to mean that I could have a partner in my country and
together we could start up a business in the U.S. I could then become
a citizen. There does not appear to be a specific dollar amount that I
must invest - just that it is significant and that my partner is from
my own country.

Do you know anything about this?

Thank you.

Read here:

The investment visa to read up on are
E-1 and E-2 ....neither lead to a Green card or citizenship

EB-5 this could get you a green card and eventual citizenship
