Someone recommended I get myself a slingbox so I could watch UK tv if I wanted to. Does anyone here in USA use one, and if so, how do you rate it?

I have one and use it to throw stuff around the house and to my offices, but if I was thinking of investing in a new one I'd consider waiting until they come out with a .mp4 compression version as I think it will offer better quality video without much more bandwidth.
