Maybe...but your sister and your mom need to file I-130's for you to even have a chance. So as soon as they are eligible, they should file. And don't get married until after your mom becomes a USC, if you want to benefit from her petition.

Of course, I also think you shouldn't put your personal life on hold while waiting, either. Do what's right for you, and let the chips fall where they may.
