Passable. A few specks of burnt sugar here and there. I need to use a different saucepan next time.

Well I did warn you that I couldn't make it for love nor money. The damn stuff didn't set properly. It tastes lovely though and has the nice grainy texture. Ah well a kilo of desert topping anyone ?

I should've known better. I've been making caramels for the past few years and I always use a non-stick bugger for them. |
