with some home made lard it is incredibly easy (if a bit time consuming) to make an authentic pork pie, I had recent success and much nicer than the typical factory made ones, very close to the mrs kings, whicg are pretty darn good, I had one last year. The better pie recipes I see online seem to use shoulder as the main ingredient.

They do.

Buffalo chicken refers to a recipe of hot wing sauce that originated in Buffalo, NY which is, by all accounts, really bloody good.

I have to admit to really liking buffalo sauce, its not just the wings, the vegan/vegetarian 'Chicago diner' does these amazing seitan 'wings' they are really nice considering they are vegan

I love the sauce, too. I put it on rice sometimes.

don't dismiss the 'v' lol, I have to say the Chicago diner is a pretty amazing place, the wings maybe better than real ones (and certainly those nasty boneless wings) because you can just take big bites of fried seitan drenched in buffalo sauce, although I wonder what they use in place of butter in the sause as I'm sure that sauce is vegan.

It makes sense to target the American market but charging us expats a $1 more for all our pies is a bit harsh.
