Its an estate not a foreclosure, the family held onto it for a while and used it for vacations and have recently decided to sell. The well isnt too good but works, we have a estimate of around $5,000 to sink a new one which isn't too bad.
Manc its near Pellston close to where we were living before
I'll put a link up soon

Alaska gave us quite the send off, freezing snow/rain mix meant the roads were atrocious. 1100 miles later and we stopped for lunch to blue skies and temps in the high 50's.
Bye Bye Alaska !!

LOL Sue I don't which usually has me driving all over the place, luckily the traffic is few and far between and we've only seen 2 cops since crossing the Canadian border.
Todays drive from the Northern Rockies to Dawson Creek (mile 0 of the Alaska Hwy) was dull and boring by comparison, roads were like a giant rollercoaster crossing rivers then climbing stupidly steep hills only to do the same a few miles down the road. Tomorrow we are heading for Red Deer Alberta 445 miles away which will be our last stop in Canada before I try and persuade the border guards to let me back into the US.

Long long day today, we travelled 580 miles from Red Deer to Glasgow MT. Nice driving along the trans-Canada hwy temps in the low 70's, managed to blag my way back into the US which was a good thing.
Meanwhile .... mother nature is taking a hissy fit because we escaped Alaska, in Anchorage temps are hovering around 15F with the windchill and 8 inches of fresh snow on the ground. That makes a record breaking 232 Days of winter in the Great Land for the 2012/13 season.

Arrived late Tuesday, drove through some stupid high winds and flooding in Minnesota and N Wisconsin.
