Hi,

I have filed I-130 and then I-129F more than 9 months ago for my wife.
My case is still pending. I contacted USCIS more than 2 months ago and they sent a request for me to VSC. After about 20 days I received a mail from VSC and they answered that my case was under review and I would receive a response in the next 60 days.
Now this 60 days are passed and I called USCIS again and they sent another request for me to VSC!
What shoud I do now? I think I may receive another mail stating that my case is under review and I will receive a response in 60 days again!!! Should I talk to a lawyer?

Sina, unfortunately you filed this combination at a bad time for USCIS. Cases as old as yours are not out of the ordinary right now.

Is there any thing I can do other than calling USCIS?

Not to my knowledge.

No, but keep an eye on things. I've seen other K-3 petition filings from your time starting to come through.
