Is this just a California thing, I am pretty sure all Colorado dogs are colour blind.

I used to think that dogs were color blind too, but mine, (jet black with a white star) has a definite bias.....yours for instance, is a bit "pale" to make it on her preferred list. To prove that she is not just color prejudiced, but a good all round bigot, she also seems to have an aversion to canine dwarves....

He's a big fella! Mine never quite achieved her full potential....look at the size of those paws ... She still looks like a gangly puppy, but is over 5 now, so guess no more growing..

Mine is a rescue pup, so I do not know his exact age, but less than 2.

Not sure if he will go for the older lady, need to check.

Ah, ours was a rescue too....something in common! I suspect half of her behavioral issues are down to not being socialized as a pup...

I was just impressed with actually getting a photo up there...tech is not my strong point I'm not sure why she turns into a dog version of Odd Job when you click the thumbnail though.....

Well, since people come only in varying shades of, basically, brown as they go from white to black - no red, green, blue, indigo, or violet - I don't think being color blind hinders them from being trained as to who they should go after.
