Absolute garbage. The mask mandate is a federal mandate that is enforced by the TSA.

“It was so unnecessary. In the first altercation, she had said that she was going to call the captain,” said passenger Michelle Manner, who was sitting two rows in front of them.

“And she should’ve just stayed there in her back cubby, but she came back out screaming at them again.”

Oh **** off Michelle!!!! Should put em all on the federal no fly list!!!!!

Yeah I don’t see how you get the flight attendant was unprofessional from all that. Passenger didn’t comply with mask mandate and seemingly ignored requests to do so. And then physically assaulted the attendant causing bodily harm.

The passenger repeatedly ignored the flight crews instructions, can't say I blame the crew for losing patience with a passenger repeatedly ignoring basic federal safety rules.

Since there are far fewer flights and passengers this past year, would be interesting to see the increase in complaints per passengers carried, or per miles flown!

Not unruly passengers, but DOT received a tide of complaints in 2020, mostly refunded related though, but 2020 was a record year for airline complaints to the DOT because of it.

In 2020 DOT received 102,550 complaints highest ever on record and up 568% over 2019.

Boeing Pauses 787 Dreamliner Deliveries - https://simpleflying.com/boeing-pauses-787-deliveries/

I understand the FAA being ultra-cautious but Boeing really do seem to be shooting themselves in the foot.

Boeing made a mistake closing down the Everett, Washington assembly line, the Charleston South Carolina line has been a problem child for a long time, Boeing's quest to save money has led to this.

An interesting example of how bean counters have run a once proud company into the ground, not the first will not be the last.

She will have to get used to flying United.

She must either not have social media, or she was fast at deleting her social media, even the daily mail article on her didn't have a good picture, and they excel at finding social media photos of people.

Doesn't behavior like this warrant 'no fly' - which I assume is not airline-specific.

Probably a chance she could end up on the governments list, but nobody really knows, but airlines have their own airline specific lists as well for passengers they have decided to no longer do business with.
