Petits Filous
Want One Right Now!!!
It wasn't a staple part of my diet back in UK, and we have been here for almost 4 years now but I can't seem to stop thinking about it - what's that all about?

Re: Petits Filous
It would be a miracle on several fronts
But seriously I can almost taste a petits filous. It's maybe cos hubby is over there eating all the things I can't have and I don't suppose he could sneak some past security in a nice cool bag. Besides after UK he has to go to Helsinki, Warsaw, Bergamo, Hamburg, Frankfurt and then home.

Thanks Weeze, I'll give it a try. On a separate note I needed heavy cream the other day and HEB's own was out so I bought the organic Central Market brand. More expensive but thicker and definitely tasted the difference, more like double cream from home - was lovely. Made a fab cheesecake for valentines day with extra poured on top.

Oh I'll try that thanks. I tried one from Costco the other week as well that tasted more like double. It was in an old fashioned milk bottle.

Mmm, Petit Filous - used to buy extra for my kids so I could eat them too!
Horizon organic cream is really good too, it doesn't have that waxy taste a lot of cream out here does. My local Costco sells a huge carton of it for about $6. Made some lovely pannacotta with it at Christmas

Have worked my way diligently through a whole bunch of yoghurt and have found 'the one'. Honey Vanilla 0% Fat and 100 cals a pot - this will fill the void. The coconut one is yummy too
