What the locals like to do is buy it in bulk, to the point where you have to sign a waiver to say you aren't going to resell it and then send it to family in Brazil, who sell it for a decent profit to V.S stores....because they're fake stores. No legit outlets down there, but they go to the effort of selling genuine stuff in very good looking knock off stores
