He really does have good intentions, I think, and is an aspiring weather reporter it seems!
Without being cruel, he does seem to 'suffer' from something, but suffer isn't the right word because he wears it well. I guess laughing at his video's isn't the right thing to do but he is entertaining, the problem is, he's not trying to be funny. Which is why I still feel sorry for the guy.
What really tickled me is the interpretation that all weather men should scream at the camera even if there's no reason to.
