Yes, I'm curious, too! Especially after seeing the segment they showed this morning on CNN about it's popularity and results. I was particularly interested to see that a BIG bunch of people got together to do their reps all together - in public - kind of like a flash mob and it looked like fun!

I took a hiatus (parents visited for a month) and prior to that I injured my thumb. So I'm starting another iteration tomorrow.

I heard each session takes about 90 mins... OK not like I couldn't do with losing some (lots) of weight but there are some days I find it a stuggle to find 15 mins for a shower never mind an hour+ for a exercise regime.

I have done the 90 day programe twice and now just dip in and out to mix up my workout routine. After a while, you know what is coming and what cheesy comments Tony spews out so I fast forward so I end up doing the routine a lot quicker say in about 35 mins...
I also bought the 90 day "As Seen on TV" programme - the poor man's P90 and the routine is more cardio/weights and about 25mins and they are excellent. Again I pick and choose the routine I like to do - the leg workout is phenomenal. You only need a ball and a couple sizes of free weights.
Tony H also does the 10 min Trainer which I heard is great for those who are time pressed.
