A side from trying to call the DMV can anyone tell me where I might be able to find the laws reguarding when a state will issue a license and what the rules are. I would like to be able to see this in print, because a while back I read a post from a woman who was in NH as well and she was told that she could not get a drivers license until she had her green card, this seems complete bull to me but as of yet I haven't found anything useful on the web. i've tried the state agency pages and law pages but haven't had very sucessful results. Thanks in advance if anyone has any ideas or suggestion. I am planning on calling friday to see what they will tell me at dmv, but like everything else in this process it doesn't seem as if it will be very clear cut.
