Spoke with Four Seasons and they told me:

After you have booked a reservation with a third party website, we would be delighted to confirm the booking via this e-mail service. The time in which we receive the booking from a third party website differs from website to website, however, in most cases the booking is received in twenty-four hours after confirmation. Please note that only the dates of travel can be confirmed by Four Seasons. Regretfully we cannot price match third party website rates.

The part in bold is what was worrying me. I had heard that they might not get it until a few days before check-in date. Makes me feel a lot better.
