you can get OTC canesten type stuff here which works way better than any of the drinks. Cost is about $10 off the top of my head.

BTW this might be TMI but a midwife friend of mine goes round telling everyone that peeing after sex is the best preventive measure for UTI. Just saying.

IKEA has the answer to everything....

doesn't have the clip but does store my paperwork very nicely and it makes my study look nice..
Hadn't thought of hiding my stash of hobnobs in there but that is a very good idea!

I was missing Wizzard & Slade in the seasonal mix but then found elder son's Now...Christmas album so the cultural gap has been filled and now it does feel like Christmas
