It just blows my mind that I sent off my inital I-90 in November, yet there are people that applied for their AOS in April that are getting interviews for July! How can it take 3 months to get approved and over 6 months to get a freakin' replacement card?! I just don't get it.
According to the postal receipt they received the I90 almost exactly 2 months ago. My attorney got concerned after 30 days without having received a NOA so called them to find there was no record of it ever having been received. It took me almost exactly 5 months to get approved after filing so it will probably take longer to get a replacement card.
