Just got back from the hospital. Confirmed 100% a benign tumor and they got it all out. Just have to continue getting the use of my shoulder and neck muscles that were dragged around my body during surgery back and I'll be good for a few more years. Good news is not allowed to lift anything over 10lbs for a few more weeks so no chores. 
It is our 14th wedding anniversary Sunday and I feel a big celebration coming.
